Two-Year-Olds

Where can I use my Vincent card?  ›

You can use this anywhere that accepts MasterCard. You can also withdraw the payment at any Citizens and most PNC ATMs with no fee one time for each payment. If you are unsure of your Vincent card balance, please contact our team or visit www.paynuver.com.

What is my Vincent card PIN?  ›

The default PIN is 0+CVV (3 numbers on the back of the card). It is possible that during your home visit, you provided a different PIN number that we changed it to. If you think this is the case, but can't remember your PIN, please call 412-204-6845, or email ppel@pitt.edu and a member of our team will be able to help.

I lost my Vincent card, can I receive a new one?  ›

Yes! If possible, we are happy to transfer your balance to a replacement Vincent card, and mail it directly to you.

What times can I schedule my visit for?  ›

We are very flexible with scheduling and can work around most schedules. In addition to regular 9-5 hours, we have some evening and weekend availability for in-person visits.

Where does my visit happen?  ›

Either you can come to the University of Pittsburgh or we can travel to you!

How long will my visit be?  ›

Visits typically last about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. If you have specific time constraints, please make sure to let us know at the time of scheduling and we are happy to accommodate!

Who should be available during my visit?  ›

YYou (the participating parent) and your child should be available for your visits. If another parent, adult, or other children (i.e. siblings) will also be present, we simply ask that they allow you and your child to complete the tasks without interruptions if possible.

Do I need anything for my visit?  ›

How long will my phone interviews take?  ›

The phone calls usually last between 45-60 minutes.

What do I need to keep track of for my phone interview?  ›

We will ask you to detail the activities you and your child on the day you keep track of, as well as the times they started or ended, who else was present, and where you were. If you and your child were not together at a specific time, there is no need to find out what your child did as we are mostly interested in the time you spend together. Please refer to the time tracker that was provided at your home visit for specifics on what to keep track of, and email a member of our team (ppel@pitt.edu) if you need a replacement copy.

How do I reschedule my appointment?  ›

If you or your child are sick or have a scheduling conflict, please contact a member of our team by calling 412-204-6845, or email ppel@pitt.edu. We would be happy to find a more convenient time for your Zoom call visit or phone interview.
