Kira is a neuroscience major who joined the Kids’ Thinking Lab in the spring of 2026. Before joining the KiT Lab, she worked in a microbiology and epidemiology research lab and a viral genomics lab. Her interest in the KiT Lab stems from its focus on cognitive and development psychology, specifically in young children. Being on the pre-health track, she has a strong passion for research, and one day hopes to pursue her own independent research pertaining to psychopathology and behavioral neuroscience in children and adolescents.
