LRDC Event Advertisement Template
This is a PowerPoint template that may be used by LRDC faculty and staff to advertise upcoming building-related events and conferences. LRDC's Computing Services offers color printing services for this template on plain paper at $.50 per copy or glossy paper at $.85 per copy. When your file is ready to print, you can email it to Jeff Flotta (jmf10@pitt.edu) or contact Computing Services at x47033. You will need to know which project number to charge the cost to.

How to Add the file to Microsoft Templates
For Windows users:
- Download the PowerPoint file (.ppt) to your computer
- Browse to the file and open it
- In PowerPoint 2007, click the Office button, Save As...
- In the 'Save As type' field, select PowerPoint Template (*.potx)
[In previous versions, the extension will be (*.pot)]
- Name the file and click Save
- When you create a new PowerPoint presentation, this file will appear under My Templates
For Macintosh users:
- Download the PowerPoint file (.ppt) to your computer
- Browse to the file and open it
- In PowerPoint 2008, click File, Save As...
- In the 'Format' field, select PowerPoint Template (.potx)

- Name the file and click Save
- In the Microsoft Project Gallery, this file will appear under My Templates
